Should 3Js Motorcycle Days suffer any damage or loss as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, 3Js Motorcycle Days reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order\/s to be placed with 3Js Motorcycle Days.<\/p>\n

You may place an Order on the website and clicking the “Confirm Order” or “Put it on Layby” button. By placing an Order you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n
Order processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will not begin processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding NSW public holidays.<\/p>\n
3Js Motorcycle Days reserves the right to cancel any Order at its sole discretion prior to the despatch of the Goods.
