May 2, 2012 will mark the 17th 3J’s Motorcycle Track Days event.

Day Includes
Each 3J’s Motorcycle Track Day includes morning and afternoon riding sessions on the Infineon Raceway road course, a T-shirt, catered lunch, lunch-time raffle and an evening reception.

Event Beneficiary
ImageTo date, 3J’s Motorcycle Track Days events have raised more than $100,000 for Speedway Children’s Charities, the charitable arm of Infineon Raceway.  All dollars raised have gone to qualified youth organizations in Sonoma County.

In 2009, 3J’s donated $5,000 of the proceeds from the April 22nd 3J’s Motorcycle Track Days event to the North Vallejo Little League, which was vandalized in mid-March and all uniforms and equipment were stolen.

 

The trio branched out in 2005 & 2006, hosting a "3Js Motorcycle Days" event for AMA rider Vincent Haskovec, who sustained serious injuries resulting from an accident during an AMA event at Infineon Raceway. The special events generated $140,000 for the young rider.

 

"This began as a simple idea but it's really turned into something special," Starks said. "What could be better than running one of the best road courses in the world for a day, and at the same time, helping a charitable cause? It's a great deal."

 

The days are spectacular on Infineon Raceway's twisting road course, as riders get ample time navigating the circuit, with safety always the top priority.   The best part is, nearly 100% of your entry fee goes directly to charity.

As always, you will receive a commemorative t-shirt, catered lunch and amazing fun with a great group.  Please remember this is all for charity and is not a school.

It's an event for riders to casually ride the road course, mingle with one another and just enjoy the day, which also includes:

Air Fence Fund

About the AFM Air Fence Fund The AFM Inc. Board has setup an Airfence Fund for the AFM in order to purchase about 600 feet of Airfence to cover several turns at Infineon Raceway. The total cost is estimated at $75-80K, so it will take the financial assistance of a lot of AFMers and AFM related businesses to make this happen.

The money will be collected through the AFM Benevolent Fund and other methods. Keep in mind that donations to the Benevolent Fund can be considered a charitable contribution - as always, check with your personal tax advisor for specific questions.
